The package includes a city tour in historical locations: Cracow Kazimierz area and Plaszow area – places where the film “Schindler’s List” was created – a film based on facts.
The service includes shared transport by minivan, driver service and Tour Guide in English.
The tour is combined: part of the route is covered by car, part on foot.
During this tour you will see and learn:
– The history of the creation of Cracow Kazimierz area, (Yidd. קוזמאַרק Kuzmark), from the 14th century to the beginning of the Second World War (1939),
– everyday life of the inhabitants, their passions, work, social features, religions,
-we will guide you through the first days of the war and their effects on the inhabitants,
– you will see the same places where some scenes from “Schindler’s List” were filmed – ghetto gates, walls, synagogues, cemetery, bridge between the Kazimierz district and the Plaszow district,
– you will see the place after the set with the original decorations and part of the scnoography,
– we will visit real and historical places related to the historical Plaszow camp: “The Gray House” (KL Plaszow camp prison) and the grounds of the former camp,
– you will get acquainted with the Paint of Dishe senameled, the workplace of the camp prisoners, today the Schindler’s Factory Museum.
