The package includes a tour in small groups in two historical locations: Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt Mine.

In the Auschwitz-Birkenau and in Wieliczka Salt Mine, tours take place in groups.
Each group has its own English-speaking guide.
The concentration camp is divided into two parts: Auschwitz and Birkenau.
During the Tour you will see:
– railway platform on which pre-selection took place,
– entrance gate with the inscription “Arbait macht frai”,
– residential barracks for prisoners,
– the entire organized system of extermination of people,
– the death camp area fenced with electric barbed wire,
– gas chambers and furnaces,
original items left by prisoners,
– forced labor places,
– a huge amount of photos, souvenirs, technical plans,
– the historical exhibition and the belongings of the people murdered here.
On Wieliczka Salt Mine tour you will see:
– “strong start” because you have to climb 800 steps and descend 135 meters underground.
– majestic carpentry structures,
– unique salt sculptures,
– nearly 3 kilometers of winding, underground corridors,
– beautiful chambers carved in salt and rooms for various industrial purposes,
– wonderful underground lakes,
– the phenomenal chapel of St. Kinga carved in salt.

You MUST have the same ID document with you during the tour, for verification in order to enter the camp area. - The memory of the deceased is expected to be respected and clothing and behavior should be adapted to the situation.
- Please wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the conditions in the Salt Mine, because the underground temperature varies between 15-18º.
